What is the recruitment process?
After applying, you’ll receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours. You’ll be kept up to date throughout the process, whether you’ve been successful or not, and details of the next steps.
The specific steps in the recruitment process will depend on the position you’ve applied for and could be a mix of interviews, assessment centres and testing.
How long should it take?
This varies from role to role. We recognise that you want to know your next step as soon as possible. Therefore, we promise to provide you with an outcome as early as we can.
If I have a question about my application, how do I get in touch?
You can contact us on careers@lrqa.com. Please note, we cannot accept applications, CVs or résumés through email. If you want to apply, please do so through our careers portal or our talent community.
Will I be invited to an interview?
We receive a large number of applications and review each one. Candidates with the most relevant skills and experience for the role will be invited to an interview. To maximise your chances of progressing to the interview stage, read the role profile carefully to ensure your skills/experience are well matched. If you don’t tick some requirements, make sure you highlight the transferable skills that you do have to help your application stand out.
If your application will not be progressing to the interview stage, we will let you know that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion. We welcome you to join our talent community so that we can keep you updated with future opportunities.
