He has an in-depth understanding of the technical and practical compliance challenges faced by both primary producers and processors.
Most recently Forbes has been developing the use of statistical analysis and reporting to help deliver improved feed and food safety outcomes. As the supply chain develops and diversifies, using data to identify patterns and trends will become increasingly key in identifying risk areas and implementing control mechanisms to manage them effectively.
