Focused digital innovation
LRQA has established several workstreams across its global operations, aimed at increasing efficiency, enhancing client experience, adding value and leading the market. Some exciting initiatives include:
- AI-driven efficiency
LRQA is investing in Artificial Intelligence to optimise scheduling, automate report generation and streamline processes. LRQA has also appointed a new Data Science team and an AI Think Tank to lead a dedicated programme of work.
- New client portal
LRQA will introduce a new portal in October, with a goal to provide a single window for clients to access all LRQA services. The portal will feature an improved navigation, screens and functionality, and especially allow cybersecurity clients to achieve ‘continuous assurance’.
- EiQ enhancements
LRQA’s supply chain management software, EiQ, offers real-time insights into supply chain sustainability risks. The latest update introduces a new environmental page, which allows clients to monitor and view their supply chain's greenhouse gas emissions and environmental data.
- Re-launched website and webchat
LRQA recently re-launched its global websites in 32 languages, offering an enhanced, intuitive and engaging resources for clients. A new webchat feature and client success team have also been established to provide a real-time response to queries.
