LRQA client, Swissport International, recently achieved ISO 9001 certification through LRQA after transferring their existing certification from another certification body. The ISO 9001 certification process involved a thorough assessment by our expert auditors, who conducted on-site evaluations of Swissport’s QMS across multiple locations. Despite the challenges of a multisite audit across a multinational organisation, our team assessed their compliance with ISO 9001, ensuring the effectiveness of Swissport’s processes in delivering consistent, high-quality services.
This certification highlights Swissport’s dedication to quality across their operations and highlights our commitment as the leading assurance partner to help our clients uphold the highest standards of quality management that meet globally recognised criteria.
