Lin Chen is the Head of Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (AI) at LRQA, with over 11 years of experience as a Senior, Lead, and Principal Data Scientist, as well as a Data Science Manager, in the financial and consulting industries.
Biography
Lin has worked across a diverse range of organisations, from top-tier investment banks and Big Four firms to Tier 2 financial institutions and fintech start-ups. His expertise lies in developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions, both as an individual contributor and in leadership roles. With a strong technical background and extensive team leadership experience, Lin also brings a wealth of client-facing skills honed during his consulting career.
Qualifications
Lin earned a Ph.D. in Robotics from King’s College London in 2013, following his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Automotive Engineering. His academic contributions include several publications in leading journals and conferences.
