Russell Brown is a dedicated dairy technologist and trainer based in Redditch, West Midlands. He began his career in the NHS, working in biochemistry laboratories, where he developed a strong foundation in clinical science. He later transitioned into the food industry, gaining over 14 years of experience.

During his time at Müller, Russell held a variety of roles, including Key Account Manager, Lab Supervisor, and Dairy Technologist, building deep expertise across both technical and commercial functions. For the past seven years, he has shared that knowledge as a specialist trainer at Reaseheath College in Cheshire, supporting the development of professionals across the food sector.

Russell’s approach combines hands-on industry insight with a passion for education, making him a trusted mentor and collaborator.
