LRQA has announced two strategic appointments to its Executive Leadership Team (ELT), reinforcing its commitment to enhancing client partnerships, delivering faster solutions, and providing a seamless, unified experience across a global portfolio.
Lisa Bate joins LRQA as Executive Vice President (EVP) for the Americas. With over 25 years of global leadership experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry, Lisa’s expertise spans consumer products and technology sectors, having lived and worked in the US, China and UK.
Previously, Lisa held senior roles at Bureau Veritas Group, including Head of Global Sales – Consumer and Chief Executive Americas Operations – Consumer. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President at Element Materials Technology, leading their Connected Technology and Mobility Group.
In her new role, Lisa will have full responsibility for the Americas region and delivering on our growth plans. Lisa will also spearhead LRQA’s Advisory business globally, leveraging her experience to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Joining Lisa is Chris Koci, who returns to LRQA as Global Operations Director in a newly created role. Chris will oversee all aspects of client operations across LRQA’s Inspection Services and Assessment solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, Chris will focus on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the client experience globally.
Chris brings more than 20 years of transformative leadership and operations expertise in certification, training and logistics. He re-joins LRQA after four years as Executive Vice President – Americas at TÜV Rheinland Group. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at LRQA and Bureau Veritas.
