The Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) evaluates MMC organisations against best practice in terms of competency, configuration management, procurement arrangements and process control, across their business and on a project specific basis.
The Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) was developed to give assurance to lenders that homes built using non-traditional methods will be durable and deliver the quality required so homeowners can get a mortgage on that property.
Following a rigorous validation process, BOPAS+ has been launched to demonstrate MMC Providers’ commitment to meeting the digital transformation challenges facing the construction sector.
