Introduction
Attending this workshop is part of the qualification requirements for SCL (Lead) Auditors to audit against the requirements of the NEN SCL Scheme requirements of Steps 4 and 5.
The workshop objective is to result in an increasingly harmonised interpretation of the requirements of a stage 4 or stage 5 safety culture, related to the business aspects (SCL 2016) or themes (SCL 2.0) of the Safety Culture Ladder.
Additionally, the workshop will cover guidance for a substantiated conclusion on whether a certification recommendation is given or not.
Who should attend
The workshop is intended for NEN SCL qualified (lead) auditors seeking NEN SCL Authorisation to conduct NEN SCL Audits at Steps 4 and 5 of the Safety Culture Ladder.

Course preparation
Prior to the training we ask you to complete pre-course work provided and forward to your training office contact at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of the workshop.
Delegates are required to meet all requirements for qualification at level 4/5. Attendance at the LRQA NEN SCL Masterclass it the only outstanding requirement to be met.
Qualification requirements for the auditor or lead auditor for NEN SCL authorisation Step 4 / 5:
The auditor has audited a minimum of 15 days at stage 3 in the past year, performed at a minimum of 2 companies.
The lead auditor has audited a minimum of 25 days at stage 3 in the past year, performed at a minimum of 2 companies.
