Mr. Johnny Chow is a seasoned Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 20 years of experience in business transformation, project management, and quality engineering. Holding an MBA from Charles Sturt University and an MSc in TQM from the University of Portsmouth, his expertise spans various quality standards and methodologies such as ISO and Lean Manufacturing and the Walmart Lean Belt Instructor. Currently, he heads Lean Compass Sdn Bhd, focusing on product inspections, quality audits, social compliance, and training.
