Fast-track your goods and services through customs.

An international quality mark, AEO demonstrates that your organisation’s role in the global supply chain is secure. It validates that your customs controls and procedures are efficient and meet EU standards.

Overview

An organisation who has AEO status may gain easier access to certain simplified customs procedures and in some cases the right to 'fast-track' shipments through HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) safety and security procedures.

AEO and ISO 28000

LRQA provides ISO 28000 certification services that satisfies the requirements outlined in Part 5: Safety and Security of the AEO and is accepted by HMRC as complying with Part 5 of the AEO. This will mean substantially reduced efforts are needed to demonstrate compliance to AEO requirements.

Additionally, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 can also help you demonstrate compliance to some of the requirements outlined in Parts 1 to 4.
