In today's complex and ever-changing market environment, the efficiency and resilience of supply chain collaboration have become the keys to business success. Is your company facing supply chain collaboration challenges?
- The contradiction between global efficiency and local security: How to balance cross-border procurement costs with supply chain resilience?
- The evolution of procurement management: From "cost-first" to "value co-creation," how can companies restructure their procurement logic?
- The ISO 44003/GB/T 43804-2024 standard provides a three-dimensional management framework of "trust-efficiency-risk" for companies. How can companies implement this standard to reduce supply chain costs by 30%+?
Martin Christopher, a famous supply chain management expert, once stated: "The competition of supply chains is essentially a competition of collaborative capabilities." This statement is being repeatedly validated by reality today—geopolitical conflicts, escalating trade barriers, rising logistics costs, lagging technological iterations, and the pressure of green transformation, among others. The vulnerability of supply chains is being infinitely magnified, and the era of enterprises fighting alone has been completely ended.
ISO 44003:2021, "Collaborative Business Relationship Management—Guidelines for the Implementation of Basic Principles by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises," emphasises the importance of establishing good cooperative relationships for business success, including improving efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing trust, and reducing risks. The standard proposes several basic principles, such as transparency, honesty, trust, respect, fairness, responsibility, and commitment, as well as methods for implementing these principles. It also highlights the importance of using collaborative tools and technologies and risk management, encouraging companies to continuously improve their cooperative relationships. In June 2024, this standard was adopted by China as the national standard GB/T 43804-2024, which is of great significance for enhancing the level of China's supply chains.
