Stuart Kelly, Head of Commercial at LRQA said: “Our CQI-IRCA certified virtual classroom sessions offer all the advantages of our traditional face-to-face training courses but without the need for travel or accommodation costs. Participants have the opportunity to learn from some of the best auditors in their field, who bring the Standards to life in the context of a business rather than just the theory behind it, using practical examples and interactive sessions which lead to a recognised qualification in the industry.”
The virtual classroom courses are delivered in real time by experienced tutors via our online platform and provide delegates with the flexibility of attending from a convenient place, without needing to travel. Successful completion can increase the credibility of attendees in their place of work and enable them to conduct external audits, while satisfying the formal training requirements stipulated by CQI and IRCA.
Stuart added: “Rather than just use our classroom materials in a different way, we have completely redesigned the technical content, visuals and delivery methodology of the course to better fit the virtual classroom environment and address the delegate engagement using technology. We have retained the five-day course programme to mirror the face-to-face experience, but as part of the redesign, we have also enabled the course to be delivered over seven distinct modules and therefore can also offer delegates the option of shorter classroom hours per session, over seven different days, as they get used to virtual learning.”
