The new webchat feature is available on the LRQA website, enabling visitors to ask our AI Client Success Assistant any question about the services we deliver.
If the AI Assistant is unable to give the required support, or if visitors would prefer to talk to someone, they will be connected instantaneously through live chat to the Client Success team who will guide them through to resolving their query.
